Check-In/Check-out Policy
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact our reservations team to discuss these options after your booking is confirmed.
Children & Extra Guest Policy
Children aged 0 to 5 years stay free of charge. Children aged 6 to 12 years (including 12-year-olds) are charged our child rates. Guests aged 13 years and above are subject to adult rates. Complimentary costs are available upon request for infants.
Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
- 25% Charge: Cancellations made 15-30 days before arrival will incur a 25% charge.
- 50% Charge: Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge.
- No Show: 100% of the room rate will be charged.
- Cancellation During Stay: If you cancel after staying part of your reservation, you will be fully charged for the night stayed, and the remaining nights will be charged 50% of the total remaining room rate as per the cancellation policy.
Things To Do
Natural Pool at Liyan Oya
Discover the serene natural pool with crystal-clear waters, located along the Liyan Oya stream that borders our property. While the pool is safe for everyone, we recommend taking standard precautions when interacting with nature. If you or your children are not confident swimmers, we strongly suggest using a flotation device. Feel free to ask any of our staff for assistance.
Important Safety Guidelines:
- Avoid visiting the natural pool immediately after rain, as water levels may rise and become muddy. The water typically clears up within an hour or two after the rain stops. During this time, you can enjoy the pool within our property if you’re eager for a swim.
- The rocks in and around the pool help keep the water pristine but can be slippery. Please be cautious when climbing on them.
- For your safety and respect for nature, alcohol consumption by the natural pool is discouraged.
- The natural pool is home to various exotic fish species, including the endangered “Asoka Pethiya,” which is native to the area. To preserve the delicate ecosystem, please refrain from using soap or shampoo in the water.
- You may occasionally see local community members enjoying a dip. We ask that you treat them with respect and help us maintain the pristine beauty of the area by taking your belongings with you when you leave. Dispose of any trash in the designated bins on our property.
- For your safety, kindly inform our team before heading to the natural pool and always follow their instructions. The pool is accessible from 9 AM to 6 PM daily.
